Select the option checkbox where it is suited to the operator's Driver app:

Hide Revenue of Printout

Select this option if you don’t want to show the route revenue such as Smartcard revenue, total revenue, etc. on the End of Route or End of Shift printout from the Driver app. The following screenshot is an example of what revenues would be hidden if this option is selected.

Disable wrong boarding

This feature is available if your company has purchased the Smartcards module. This is a standard feature for TMR Queensland School Ticketing.

If checked, the driver app will not show wrong boarding alert when a smartcard is tapped on a not-assigned stop and let the smartcard holder get on the bus.

Skip stop without student

This feature is available if your company has purchased the Smartcards and Smartcard Manifest module.

Select this option will skip stops without students in manifest routes.

Auto lock screen when logged out

The screen will be auto lock after a certain time as device’s settings (iPad's settings) when staying inactive at login screen.

iPad's settings:

  • Select iPad Settings icon.
  • Select Display & Brightness.

Allow destination stop same as departing stop

This option when selected will enable the ability to sell tickets and calculate fare tables based on a passenger boarding and de-boarding at the same stop.

Example:

  • On the operator portal, when the option is selected, you can define number of section to calculate the fare from "QC Jetty" to "QC Jetty". Note: the route in the following screenshot uses section travelled chart to calculate fare.

  • Correspondingly on the driver app, the driver can select the destination stop as the boarding stop.

Allow multiple destination stops per transaction

When this option is NOT selected

In a multiple ticket transaction, only one destination can be selected.

For example, in the following screenshot, if the first ticket has the destination stop set to QC Northside stop, then for the second ticket and onwards, passengers can only de-board at the QC Northside stop. All other stops will be disabled.

When this option is selected

In a multiple ticket transaction, tickets can have different de-boarding stops.

For example, in the following screenshot, within the same transaction, the driver can sell tickets to different stops such as S3 or S2. All stops are available for selection.

Disable auto log out at midnight

When this option is NOT selected

The driver app will display a confirmation message, asking the driver to confirm if the route is in operation at midnight. If there is no confirmation within 5 minutes, the route will be automatically ended.

For example, if the driver starts a route at 23:55, a confirmation box will be shown 10 seconds later. If the driver does not confirm by tapping the OK button on the app, the route will be ended.

When this option is selected

The route can be continued, and the driver will not need to confirm for midnight routes.
