On time reporting

  • On time reporting shows which routes were started on time or late or early according to scheduled time or scheduled bell time of the route.  - Details on how to use this module are found in the "On time running"  article.
  • Note
    • This report is available if your company has purchased the On Time Running module.
    • This is a standard feature for TMR Queensland School Ticketing.
  • Login to Transportme™ or QST Operator portal.
  • Select Reports tab on the main menu. 
  • Select On Time Reporting tab on the side menu.
  • Filter data: 
    • Include Historical Data: select this option to allow the report to run any deleted data. 
    • Select Route Category to include in the report. 
    • Select Route Name to include in the report.
    • Select Driver Name to include in the report.
    • Date Range-From and Date Range-To:  select the fields to pick up the dates from data pickers or enter the dates directly to define the date range of data.

  • Select the button you wanted to run:
    • Generate Midpoint Report: it will generate the on-time status report for the midpoints stops compared with departure time. You have defined midpoints for the routes and the routes type are Planned Timetabled Route to include into this report. Note: The example is on time reporting for midpoints.

    • Generate School Stop Report: It will generate the on-time status report for the school stops of the school routes. The school stops are the ones with bell time. This is applied for school bell times and the routes type are Dedicated School Route.

  • From the report result:
    • Select different options to save the report
      • Copy: save the report to the clipboard then you can paste the data to your document or spreadsheet, etc. 
      • CSV/Excel: export the data to corresponding format to your local storage for further use. 
      • Print: print out the data or save the report as PDF to your local storage. 
    • Locate route or stop you wanted to focus using Search box.
    • Sort data by selecting up/down arrow button on the right of each column header.

  • Route Type: to check or update the route type, select Routes tab > locate the route you wanted to access > the route type can be found in Detail Information section.

  • Midpoints: to check or update a stop becoming a midpoint, select Routes tab > locate the route you wanted to access > select Stops tab > view if a stop is selected as a midpoint or edit stop list to update stops becoming a midpoint (where needed).
  • Bell times: to check or setup bell time, select Stops tab > locate the stop you wanted to access > select Edit Marker
