Setup a late sign on alert
| This feature is available if your company has purchased the Late Sign On module. |
| Late sign on feature will send an alert to registered contact(s) if the route has not signed on according to the configured time - Sign On Time. This setup can be done while creating route or operator can edit the route later to set this up. |
SETUP ROUTE:
- Login to Transportme™ Operator portal.
- Select Routes on top menu.
- Select Routes tab on the left menu.
- Select New Route button if setting up the feature while creating a route.
- OR Using Search box to locate an existing route > select Edit button in Action column to open Route Edit - Route Information screen > select pen icon under Detail Information section.
- Locate Sign On Time and enter time in following the format hh:mm.
- Locate Late Sign On Alert and select checkbox.
- Save all changes.
SETUP ALERT CONTACT(S)
- Login to Transportme™ Operator portal.
- Select Alert contact tab on top menu.
- Select Late Sign On Alert tab on the left menu.
- Enter Phone 1 number and Email 1 of the first contact who will receive alert when the the route has not signed on by the configured sign-on-time.
- (optional) Enter Phone 2 number and Email 2 of the first contact who will receive alert when the the route has not signed on at configured sign-on-time.
- Select Save button.
Note: Alert contact(s) will receive a SMS and an email when the event happen.
