Set up alert contact
The available alert contacts in the system will be determined by the modules your company has purchased Late Sign on, Clear of Bus Check, Duress. This is a standard feature for TMR Queensland School Ticketing. |
This feature allows operators to register alert contacts' emails and phones. When any of the events listed below occur that trigger the alerts, emails and SMS will be sent to these registered alert contacts.
- Login to Transportme™ or QSTperator portal.
- Select Alert contact tab on top menu.
- NOTE: When entering phone numbers for alert contacts, please make sure you have no spaces between numbers and the +61 replaces the 0 at the start of the phone number (ie 0428125741 becomes +61428125741)
- Select the suitable alert tab on the side menu that you wanted to set up:
- Duress Config: registered contacts will receive email and SMS whenever a driver submitted a duress message from Driver app.
- Late Sign On Alert: registered contacts will receive email and SMS if the route has not signed on according to the configured Sign On Time. Note: more details about late sign on alert can be found from the article Setup a late sign on alert.
- Bus Check Alert: registered contacts will receive email and SMS related to clear of bus check events such as the driver has not completed the clear of bus check after 15 minutes from the end route time or the driver does not finish their shift within the stationary time setting. Note: more details about clear of bus check can be found from the article Setup clear of bus check.
- Enter contact details: Phone number and Email.
- Select Add row button to add new contact detail (if available).
