Set up stationary time
| This is available if your company has paid for the Clear of Bus Check feature. This is a standard feature for TMR Queensland School Ticketing - QST. |
- Login to Transportme™ or QST or TfNSW operator portal.
- Select Settings tab on the top menu.
- Select Stationary Time tab on the side menu.
- Enter the Time Setting in minutes. System will base on this Time Setting value to send alert messages to registered bus check alert contacts in these cases:
- (1) The 2nd Code Check of the Clear of Bus Check feature is turned on: When the driver ends the route with 2nd Code Check then selects the log out button on the driver app, a 2nd code is generated and the driver will need to type this 2nd code into the iPad. If the 2nd code check has not been done within the configured stationary time after the route ended, bus check alert will be sent to registered contacts.
- (2) When the bus is stationary more than the time setting value during the trip and has at least 1 passenger on it.
