Reference steps to register multiple Smartcards using bulk upload:

  • Step 0: Select the Sample file button to download the template file. For QST operators, the template file contains a list of all available blank cards within the system. These cards can be used by operators to enter details and register new smartcard profiles.
  • Step 1: Open the sample file and follow the instructions provided in the Guideline sheet within the file to input Smartcard details. Once entered, save the file. For QST operators, it's advisable to exclude blank cards without any details.
  • Step 2: Select the Upload file button to upload the modified file.
  • Step 3: Select + Assign & Register button to import all smartcard details into system. If an organisation has been chosen from the Organisation dropdown list previously, the newly added smartcard profiles will be allocated to the selected organisation
  • Step 4: An automatically generated upload result file will be returned. Open this file and review the Status or Upload Result column (located as the last column). The screenshot below provides an example of the Status column within the upload result file.
    • If the status read as Done, the Smartcard profile has been registered successfully.
    • If the status does not indicate Done, the operator should remove the successful rows, rectify errors in the remaining rows, and then repeat steps 2 and 3 above. Note: Additional instructions can be found on the Guidelines tab.
