Step 5- Returning the faulty/damaged iPad

For- Queensland School Ticketing (QST) / Rural and Regional (R&R) TfNSW operators:


There will be a return post pack in the replacement shipment you received addressed to Transportme. 
  • Prior to packaging the damaged/faulty device, please ensure the iPad has been switched off for shipping. Press and hold the top button until the power off slider appears. Swipe the slider to the right to turn the iPad off.

  • Package up the damaged/faulty unit in the box the replacement iPad arrived in. Wrap the box in the bubble wrap supplied before putting it in the return post bag. 
  • Return post bags can be taken to any Australia Post post office. To find your nearest post office, you can search here
  • Use the existing support ticket to inform Transportme that the faulty device has been sent.
