Fuel report

Fuel report shows fuel fill details for any vehicles in the system.
  • Login to Transportme™ or QST operator portal.
  • Select Reports tab on the main menu. 
  • Select Fuel Report tab on the side menu.

  • Filter data to run the report: 
    • Select Bus, Driver, fuel Type from the dropdown list. 
    • Select Date Range - From and Date Range - To from the date pickers to define the period to run the report.
    • Select Include Historical Data to allow data to be filtered on deleted data as well. 
  • Generate the report:
    • Select Generate Fuel Sheet button to list daily fuel fill data on the selected filters within selected date range. If the vehicles were operated during the selected data range but were not filled, there are their records but empty fuel fill data. 
      • Example of how to read the report as the following screenshot: 
        • Bus 3 was filled 105.37 litres of diesel on 20/10/2022 when the odometer was at 287535 km and the driver was Ruby Byrne. 
        • Bus 14 was not fuel filled on 20/10/2022 and the driver was Glenn Stewart.

    • Select Generate Fuel Grant button to list total fuel fill data on the selected filters within selected date range. 
      • Example of how to read the report as the following screenshot:
        • Bus 29 with the rego BUS29 travelled 72 km during the selected date ranged and was filled 100 litres of diesel. 
        • Bus 25 with the rego BUS25 travelled 46 km without filling.

  • On the report:
    • Generate Excel: export the report result to spreadsheet file and save to the local storage. 
    • Locate the record(s) you wanted to focus by using Search box. 
    • Sort the data view by selecting the up/down arrow located on the right of each header column.
