Upload blank Smartcards
| This function is only available for Queensland School Ticketing operators. New Smartcards can only be registered to the system after blank Smartcards are already uploaded to the system. |
- Login to QST Operator portal.
- Select Smartcards tab on the top menu.
- Select Smartcards tab on the left menu.
- Select Upload blank cards button to upload the blank card list.
- Upload blank cards popup is shown.
- Step 0 (optional): select DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE button to download the template file.
- Step 1: open the template file > delete the sample data in the file (if there is any) > enter your blank card data that you wanted to upload to the system > save the blank cards file. Note: the blank card file will have two columns - Digit Code and Card Number as shown in following example screenshot.
- Step 2: select attachment icon or select CSV File Input field to upload the csv blank card list.
- Step 3: select SAVE button to import all the blank cards in the file to the system.
- Step 4: system will return the result file automatically, open the file and check the result.
- Step 5 (optional): correct the blank card data accordingly to the result > save the file > repeat step 2 and step 3.
