Stripe fees and charges

A Stripe account is required for operators that apply fares to their Smartcards.
Stripe fees and charges are following Stripe pricing
A Stripe Fee setting must be assigned for Stripe payments to work. 

 You have options to pass on the fees to your passengers or absorb these fees.

  • Login to Transportme™ or QST perator portal.
  • Select Smartcards tab on the top menu. 
  • Select Smartcard Setting from the menu. 
  • Navigate to Stripe Fee section and select one of the options shown.
  • Select Save to apply the change.

Note:  

  • Please communicate with your parents/passengers if you are passing on the fees.
  • This applies to passengers that add funds to their Smartcard account using the Transportme passenger app or Travel2School app or contacting the operator to add funds to their Smartcard account via the operator portal with a credit card.
