Settings for Passenger app - bus late notifications

The purpose of this configuration is to prevent the bus delay notification from being sent to passenger app users every 10 minutes until midnight of the day if any route has not ended correctly.  Operators can configure the maximum duration that the bus delay notifications will be sent to the Transportme™ Passenger app or the Travel2School app.

  • Login to Transportme™ or QST operator portal.
  • Select Settings tab on the top menu.
  • Select Passenger App on the side menu. 
  • Enter Bus late notification duration (mins) to configure the maximum duration that the bus delay notifications will be sent to the Passenger app.

Note: the default maximum duration is 30 minutes.
