iPad- How to find the asset number
For- Queensland School Ticketing (QST) / Rural and Regional (R&R) TfNSW operators:
| The asset number on the iPad is an important identifier of the device. The asset number maybe requested by Transportme support to assist with support requests. | ||
The asset number has been engraved on the back of the iPad. If the iPad is in the bus cradle, please disconnect the power cable and carefully remove the iPad from the cradle and on a clean, soft surface, turn the iPad over.
When the iPad is in this orientation shown below, the asset number is towards the top of the iPad. An example of the engraving is
"Property of Transportme Pty Ltd"
Asset number #1600000"
If the rear of the iPad is damaged and the asset number is unable to be read, please inform Transportme via the support ticket.
