Step 3 Replacement ACR card reader- replacement arrives

For- Queensland School Ticketing (QST) operators

Once you have the replacement ACR card reader, these are the next steps to take.

  • Remove the replacement device from the packaging.  Keep the box, bubble wrap and return postage satchel if you are returning a damaged/faulty device to Transportme.
  • The replacement unit has been switched off for shipping, test the replacement device turns on.  On top of the device is a toggle switch.  Always move the switch to the Bluetooth icon.  A short beep noise will sound and blue lights will flash on the front of the device. 
  • If you do not hear the beep or see the flashing blue lights, the device could have a flat battery, please plug the device into the power source and try again.

  • The registration number of the vehicle this device is assigned to is written on the box the device was sent in.
