ACR card reader - How to find the serial number
| The serial number on the ACR card reader is an important identifier of the device. The serial number is required if you are Bluetooth pairing to the driver application OR requested by Transportme to assist with support ticket requests. | ||
The serial number is located on the back of the ACR card reader. The serial number can be found easily as long as there no missing parts/scratched rear of the device etc. If the ACR card reader is in the bus cradle, please disconnect the power cable and carefully remove the ACR card reader from the cradle and on a clean, soft surface, turn the reader over.
The serial number is located at the end of the red arrow in the example below.

If the rear of the ACR card reader is damaged and the serial number is unable to be read, please inform Transportme via the support ticket.
