Step 5- Returning the faulty/damaged Pax A920


For- Queensland School Ticketing (QST) / Rural and Regional (R&R) TfNSW operators and Transportme private operators:


There will be a return post pack in the replacement shipment you received addressed to Transportme. 
  • Prior to packaging the damaged/faulty device, place electrical tape over the battery terminal of the damaged unit for shipping. 

  • Package up the damaged/faulty unit in the box the replacement PAX A920 arrived in. 
  • If you are able to locate the power cable and wall plug for the damaged/faulty unit, also place these in the box with the device and wrap the box in the bubble wrap supplied before putting it in the return post bag. 
  • Return post bags can be taken to any Australia Post post office. To find your nearest post office, you can search here
  • Use the existing support ticket to inform Transportme that the faulty device has been sent.
