Step 2 - Replacement of equipment - Replacement issued
For- Queensland School Ticketing (QST) and Rural and Regional (TfNSW) operators:
Transportme private clients- check steps below that are relevant to you.
If your equipment is stolen, faulty, damaged or beyond repair and a replacement has been approved by TMR/TFNSW. Transportme will set up and commission a replacement device, including a sim card (if required in the device) and post it to the operator. | ||
- Transportme will confirm the postal address of the operator via the support ticket for the replacement. (Private, QST and TFNSW clients)
- The registration number of the bus assigned to the replacement will be written on the device box.(QST and TFNSW clients only)
- If the operator is returning a damaged unit to Transportme, inside the package will be a return postpaid envelope addressed to “Transportme”. (Private, QST and TFNSW clients)
- Transportme will inform the operator of package tracking details and details of the contents of what is being sent to the operator, including any special instructions. This will be via the support ticket process.(Private, QST and TFNSW clients)
- The delivery of the replacement device will require a signature on delivery. If not signed for, the package will go to the local post office for collection as per Australia post directions.(Private, QST and TFNSW clients)
