Step 1 - Replacement of Equipment- Support ticket


For- Queensland School Ticketing (QST) / Rural and Regional (R&R) TfNSW operators:


Before replacement equipment can be issued, a support ticket must be lodged and assessed by Transportme. When submitting your ticket, please include the following details of the relevant equipment.

  • Vehicle registration** mandatory
  • A description of the issue along with any error codes and supporting photos.
