Step 5- Returning the damaged/faulty Pin Code Generator (PCG)

For- Queensland School Ticketing (QST) 


There will be a return post pack in the replacement shipment you received addressed to Transportme. 

  • Package up the damaged/faulty unit in the box the replacement PCG arrived in. 
  • Wrap the box in the bubble wrap supplied before putting it in the return post bag. 
  • Return post bags can be taken to any Australia Post post office. To find your nearest post office, you can search here
  • Use the existing support ticket to inform Transportme that the faulty device has been sent.
