For- Queensland School Ticketing (QST) operators


Not all devices will require replacing.  The device could require a simple fix rather than a replacement. The device will require an assessment by Transportme support staff to diagnose and advise the steps required.

  1. Raise a support ticket- Before issuing a replacement PCG, Transportme requires a support ticket with vehicle registration, the PCG serial number and a description of the issue with supporting photos.
  2. Replacement issued- Transportme facilitates replacement of stolen or damaged PCG device. Transportme will test the replacement PCG, which is then posted to the operator's confirmed address. The replacement package sent to the operator will require a signature upon delivery.
  3. What to do when the replacement PCG arrives -  Instructions to remove the faulty device and refit the replacement PCG and ensuring its proper functionality.  
  4. Pairing and testing the replacement PCG This document outlines the steps to Bluetooth pair the replacement PCG with the iPad in the bus. Ensure the device is placed in the assigned bus.
